We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mirror Palais purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Upon approval, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print the label to facilitate your return shipment.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
